Victoria

Victoria, on Mahé Island, is the capital city of the Seychelles archipelago in the Indian Ocean. Seychelles National Botanical Gardens showcases endemic palms and orchids, as well as giant tortoises and fruit bats. The colorful Sir Selwyn Clarke Market sells spices, fruit, art and souvenirs. Near the Cathedral of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception is the imposing La Domus, built in 1934 to house Catholic missionaries.

Mission Lodge Lookout

The Mission Ruins of Venn's Town is situated on Mahé Island more precisely in the South-West of the Morne Seychellois National Park, at an altitude of 450 m. It is served by the public road Victoria-Sans Souci-Port Glaud which traverses the central mountain chain running from east to west. The site lies 6 km from the town and it can be reached by vehicle in 20 minutes.

Baie Lazare

Baie Lazare is a district located in the Southern partof mahe. It boasts a 65 hectare enchanted hideaway and nature reserve known as ‘Cap Lazare’.

It is a private and protected property with its own colony of tortoises and numerous land and marine fauna. ‘Cap Lazare’ caters to all sorts of private functions such as weddings and parties as well as groups and incentive events. Guests can have the chance to observe hawksbill turtles as they lay their eggs during the nesting season.
