GENERAL INFORMATION |

St. Anne Resort is specially designed to blend in its delicate tropical suroundings, the resort occupies less than a quarter of the island's surface, leaving almost the whole island unspoilt and uninhabited. Walking and cycling tracks allow guests to discover the fauna and flora of this magnificent island, amongst which are the Cocos de Mer, a unique variety of palm in the Seychelles.
Spread over more than a kilometre along the island's two main beaches, the single-storey villas are all sea-facing and are thus protected from prevailing winds while offering total intimacy.
The concept of open verandas as well as the use of natural material such as wood undoubtedly contribute to enhance the tropical ambience of the island, blessed by a most hospitable climate. The buildings have been totally integrated into the lush vegetation, following the natural contours of the island.
With it's pristine, beach fringed shoreline and lush tropical vegetation Sainte Anne is a perfect hideaway and nature lovers paradise.

Restaurant
Three restaurants, one of which will offer specialties, will propose a cuisine based on traditional creole gatronomy with special emphasis on fish and seafood.
Le Mount Fleuri
Located on the most exotic site of the island, the restaurant opens directly onto the beach. Set into a giant granite rock face, wooden decks link three thatched dining areas which are suspended on stilts over the gentle lapping waters of the sea, Le Mont Fleuri has a typically Mediterranean atmosphere.
Le Sans-Souci Bar
Open from 10 a.m. to midnight. A lunch menu is available from 12.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
L'Abundance
Main restaurant overlooking the beach and the swimming pool. The setting is exotic and the atmosphere relaxed and casual. The restaurant leads onto an expansive paved terrace and the beach after which is shaded by a grove of coconut trees.
Tables are laid under the trees to enhance the ultimate island atmosphere: outdoor dining.

An unspoilt island, a dream for all nature lovers.
The hotel occupies less than a quarter of the island's surface, leaving almost the whole island unspoilt and uninhabited. Guests have access to the rest of this magnificent island for walks, cycling and exploring. Other activities: Tennis and Mountain-biking.
Sea Sports
The crystal clear waters around Sainte Anne is home to a wide variety of colourful fish and is a tempting invitation to swimming, diving and snorkelling. To preserve the environment, no motorised water sports are available. Water sports include windsurfing, pedalo boats, laser sailing, hobbycats, kayaks and snorkelling. Optional activities include catamaran cruises, scuba diving and deep-sea fishing.
Spa
The Spa is nestled in a quiet spot among the island's lush vegetation, to enhance the calm and soothing ambience. Products of the Paris cosmetics house Clarins have been chosen as the preferred product range for beauty care. A full range of health treatments is also available at the Sainte Anne Spa.
Mini Club
The miniclub proposes indoor games, as well as outdoor activities carried out under full-time supervision. Children will take their meals at the main restaurant. Baby-sitting facilities can be arranged upon a 24 hour prior notice. Rates for this service are available upon request.

St. Anne Resort offers 87 exclusive villas in a private island atmosphere. All villas are designed for outdoor living and careful attention has been paid to the guarantee of privacy. They are positioned for maximum appreciation of the view and protection from the prevailing winds. The villas have large open verandas, private gardens and bathrooms with open-air showers.
79 Villas Providence
Spacious living are, with views through the lounge to your own furnished gazebo within the gardens, king size bedroom sith a sumptuous bathroom and walk in wardrobe and second separate outdoor shower. Some are interconnecting for families.
3 Villas Bel Air
Closer to the beach, 1 bedroom and a large separate lounge.
4 Villas "Belle Vue
2 bedrooms each with en suite luxury bathroom. The spacious sitting room separates the 2 bedrooms and leads out to the furnished gazebo and terrace are in the gardens.
1 Royal Villa
Offers palatial luxury in a stunning cliff-top location with panoramic views over the ocean. This enormous villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms with sea views. A large lounge and dining area and a sitting room. A private pool with deck and terrace is beautifully laid out in a large private garden.

How to get to the hotel? |

Sainte Anne Resort is ideally situated in the middle of a marine park, a few minutes away from Mahé.
The airport is only 5 km away from Sainte Anne's private wharf. A pleasant 15-minute boat transfer in sheltered waters is offered at regular hours.

There is a mandatory handling fee of EUR 20.00 per person, to be added on top of the quoted rates.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

Cancellation Policy
.If cancellation is received 32 days or more prior to arrival, then 20% of the full amount will be lost.
.If cancellation is received 31-14 days prior to arrival, then 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
.If cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to arrival, then 75% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
.No Show will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.

All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
