Au Jardin D'Epices
Au Jardin D'Epices is an eclectic restaurant with a homely, African ethnic feel to it. Full buffet breakfasts are on offer in the mornings, a selection of snacks, sandwiches, salads and light meals for lunch, and some fine exotic cuisine for dinner. The seductive dinner menu is as much inspired by traditional Creole recipes and fresh local ingredients as Mediterranean rim cuisine and dishes from Mauritius and South Africa. Au Jardin D'Epices' outdoor terrace looks out onto the turquoise blue Indian Ocean and the idyllic surroundings of Anse Intendance - the perfect place for a relaxing alfresco meal.
La Varangue
If you dream of leading the charmed life of a plantation owner - sitting on the veranda of a graceful colonial mansion on a balmy day while gazing at the sunset over the shimmering ocean with a glass of fine port - come to La Varangue. This intimate lounge bar serves a good selection of snacks such as tapas, pizzas and light Thai specialties, as well as a wide range of refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. How to get to the hotel? |

Banyan Tree Seychelles is nestled in the Intendance Bay on Mahé Island, 30 minutes by car from Mahé International Airport and 45 minutes from the capital, Victoria. Mahé offers the perfect introduction to the Seychelles with its steep mountain backbone, slopes carpeted with lush tropical vegetation and sweeping coastline fringed by palm trees. The resort covers an area of approximately 117 hectares on the island's southwestern coastline with a fabulous beach frontage of 800 meters overlooking what has been described as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.

Mandatory Surcharge
There is a mandatory handling fee of EUR 20.00 per person, to be added on top of the quoted rates.
Minimum Length of Stay
.Minimum length of stay for period 22 Dec 2007 to 10 Jan 2008 and 19 Mar 2008 to 26 Mar 2008; 06 continuous nights per reservation.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
-If cancellation is received 32 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% of the full amount will be lost.
-If a cancellation is received 31 days prior to arrival, then 50% of the confirmed room nights will be lost.
-If cancellation is received 15 days or less or no show, then 100%l cancellation charges will apply.
.A penalty charge amounting to 100% of the total nights per no show is applicable.
Children under 16 Sharing and Bedding Policy
.Any child under 16 years must share villa with parents, and sleep on sofa couch.
.Maximum 1 child per villa.
.Children between 0-6 years old will be free of charge.
.Children between 7-16 years old as per table.
Christmas and New Year Policy
.Compulsory HB applicable on 24 Dec 2007 and 31 Dec 2007.
Maximum Occupancy for Villa
A villa can accommodate 2 adults and one child under 16 years of age at all times. Three or more adults will not be permitted.
Bedding
Day bed is available only in the villas as part of the furniture. It may be used as bedding for children below 16 years only. The in- villa sofa can be made up into a single bed for one child under the age of 16 years on request. No further external bed can be supplied to the villas.
Under stays
There is refund for under stays. The hotel will charge for the entire length of stay in the event of understays.
Liability
Internet Travel Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Hotel Rental Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
